common questions that our customers ask - and the answers.

Why do I need to pay to register?
We have a responsibility to ensure that this website is only used
for legitimate purposes.
Experience has shown us that, if we allow free access to our services,
this can be used for inappropriate purposes such as the distribution
of 'spam' emails and our messages service is deluged with inappropriate
content.. We therefore charge a small, nominal fee to ensure that
all our services are provided for legitimate customers.
How secure are my payment details?
All payment transactions are forwarded to, and carried out by PayPal®
on their servers. They employ the most secure encryption methods and
handle millions of online payments daily. No details of your PayPal
account or your credit/debit card are held on our server.
What happens to the information that
I supply when I register?
All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act
under the terms of our license. This information is not sold or passed
on to any third party without your consent (unless we are compelled
to do so by law).
How will I receive the course notes
that I buy?
As soon as your payment had been successfully completed through
PayPal you will receive an email containing a link to download the
file containing the course notes.
If you receive confirmation of payment from PayPal but do not receive
this email, please check in any spam filters that you may have running
before contacting us. If the email still fails to arrive, please contact
us here and we will try
to resolve this as quickly as possible.
I have read the course notes and am
ready to take the assessment test - what do I do?
If you login and go to your account page, you will see there is
a menu option for the assessment tests. Click on this and you will
be presented with a list of the modules that you have bought but which
you have not taken the assessement.
As soon as this has been successfully completed you will be emailed
with confirmation of the cpd points awarded. This information will
also be updated on your account page under 'my course portfolio'.
I've lost my email showing the cpd
points for a module that I have completed. How can I get another copy?
If you email us with following information we will confirm these
details and arrange for a copy to be sent:
• your name
• enrolment number (you can find this on your account page)
• cpd module
• date assessement submitted (or best guess if you are not sure)
